DODGE CITY — The Doll twins — junior guards Kaylie Doll and Kelsie Doll — combined for 21 points, helping lead the Great Bend High School Lady Panthers to a 49-35 victory over Dodge City in Western Athletic Conference action on Friday night at United Wireless Arena
Kelsie Doll scored a season-high 12 points and Kaylie Doll added nine. Both Dolls had a pair of 3-pointers, as the Lady Panthers, who led the entire way, built 12-6, 30-13 and 43-24 leads at the quarter breaks.
Post player Morgan Harwood had a game-high 14 points. Harwood and Kelsie Doll led the Lady Panthers with seven rebounds apiece.
McKenna Mauler, who finished with six points, and Kylee Spray also had 3s, as the Lady Panthers totaled six from distance.
GBHS held Dodge City to 3-for-14 shooting from 3-point land (21.4 percent) and only 26.8 percent overall (11 for 41).
The Lady Demons (2-5, 0-2), who committed 13 of their 19 turnovers in the first half, were led by Cierra Lampe with 13 points, including three 3s.
The Lady Panthers are back in action on Tuesday night, entertaining Larned in non-conference action at Panther Fieldhouse.
