CIMARRON —Ellinwood’s girls won two relays and Hoisington’s Johnathon Ball and Jocelynn Pedigo each won two events at the Cimarron Track Invitational.
Ball captured the pole vault (13-0) and 300-meter hurdles (44.3). Pedigo won the discus (108-0) and shot put (34-1).
Ellinwood’s Joanna Strecker won the 800 meters (2:37.81) and ran with winning relays on the 1,600-meter relay, 4:27.79 (Strecker, Bailey Baird, Emma Ricker, Anna Fisher); and the 3,200-meter relay, 11:30.0 (Strecker, Maddie Hayes, Sarah Hammeke, Abbie Reichuber).
Other first-place winners were Hoisington’s Rylie Koester, 1,600 (5:52.47);  and Maleigha Schmidt, pole vault (8-6). Ellinwood’s Reichuber won the 3,200 (13:25.31) and Maddie Hayes won the javelin (113-0).
