Great Bend placed 11th (440) with Kaily Griffith (109), Halley Sanders (110), Taylor Hommertzheim (115), Mikalya Bownes (121), Carly Dreiling (142) also competing. The Panthers posted double digit scores on six holes.

Whitaker birdied the 18th hole to force a playoff against Caroline Klemp of Lexexa St. James with 78s. Last year, Whitaker was second to teammate Hannah Perkins.
The Crusaders shot a team score of 368, four strokes better than St. James Academy (372) for the fourth girls title in school history. Kapaun’s Erin Johnston and Vivian Brown each shot 95 to tie for 13th place. Elizabeth Zluticky shot 100.
St. Thomas Aquinas (378) placed third and Bishop Carroll finished fourth (380) led by fifth-place finisher Shelbie Stuckey (87) and Abby Sauber (88).
