A fan wearing a green Morphsuit (Spandex) ran onto the field with 37.7 seconds left in the third quarter, momentarily stopping play on Friday night during the Great Bend High School-Hays Western Athletic Conference and Class 5A District 6 football game at Memorial Stadium.

When he ran into the middle of the field, Hays defensive back Adam Deterding picked him up and slammed him to the turf. 

The green guy then proceeded to run down the left sideline before GBHS athletic director Dave Meter hauled him down near the 10-yard line and put a knee in his back before police officers escorted him from the stadium.

The prankster was identified as Ari Hooley, a 2012 GBHS graduate.
