LAKE BARTON — Hoisington High (181) claimed the top prize on a fifth-player tiebreaker over rival Larned (181). Larned’s Dorothy Keenan (38) placed first at Lake Barton Golf Course, the site of a Class 3A regional Oct. 10.
Hoisington featured four top 10 finishers — Madie Wilborn, third (43); Jaci Schremmer, fourth (44); Sydney Boxberger, seventh (45); and Delaney Smith, eighth (49).
Larned’s Haley Skelton (44) finished fifth and teammate Madison Gleason placed sixth (45). Larned competes Saturfday at Lakin. Larned and Hoisington compete Oct. 3 at the CPL-CKL Tournament at Cheney.
