Inclement weather continues to throw curveballs to prep season

There are several postponements in light of the inclement weather that continues to mar the high school spring sports season:
• Great Bend’s varsity non-conference softball doubleheader at the Great Bend Sports Complex has been moved from Thursday to today, starting at 4 p.m. — weather permitting.
• Great Bend’s scheduled varsity track meet at Buhler is set for today, starting at 4 p.m. — if weather permits.
• Thursday’s scheduled GBHS boys’ varsity golf meet at Dodge City has been postponed and rescheduled for Tuesday, April 30, while Thursday’s junior varsity golf meet at Hesston has been moved to Monday, April 22.
• Thursday’s GBHS boys’ varsity tennis meet at Salina was postponed and moved to today. There’s a possibility it could be canceled. The GBHS boys’ JV tennis team’s scheduled meet at Dodge City on Thursday has been postponed and rescheduled for Friday, April 26.
