LARNED—The Larned boys completed a season sweep of the Lyons Lions here Tuesday evening as they ran away in the fourth quarter for a 49-32 victory.

With the victory, coupled with Hoisington’s 43-40 upset of Pratt, Larned becomes the #3 seed at the Holcomb 4A-II Sub State on Friday, March 2nd and will play Hugoton. Pratt will take on the #1-seeded Holcomb Longhorns.
Lyons falls to 2-18 on the season, 1-9 in Central Kansas League play. The Lions made 9 of 31 field goal attempts and 9 of 15 free throws. They were led in scoring by Terek Smith with 11 while Wlisses Landeros and Emmanuel Gonzalez chipped in 6 apiece.
