HAYS — The Great Bend High School Lady Panthers soccer team lost to Hays 1-0 on Tuesday in a Class 5A regional.
The Lady Panthers finish the season with 5-10-2 record.
It was the final prep match for GBHS seniors Mallory Vesta, Rubi Torres, Estefany Martinez, Mayra Sanchez, Kaylee Kerschner and Jennifer Allende.
Hays advances to take on Bishop Carroll tonight at 6 in Wichita. The winner advances to the Class 5A state quarterfinals on Tuesday.
