KINSLEY — Macksville’s boys roared to a 35-6 lead after one quarter and rolled past Kinsley 72-30 in a Central Prairie League basketball game.
Macksville (11-5, 5-2 CPL) placed Brigdon Russell (18), Jacob Rein (17) and Karson Waters (11) in double figures. Kaleb Lickiss contributed six rebounds and three steals. Rein had four assists and three steals. Kreed Parr had four steals.

KINSLEY — Kinsley’s girls held Macksville to five points in the fourth quarter for a 50-45 Central Prairie League basketball victory.
Macksville (7-9, 3-3 CPL) featured Sophie Filbert (14), Olivia Vosburgh (12) and Lyset Ibarra (10) in double figures. Ibarra and Vosburgh contributed four assists. Emma Stimatze grabbed seven rebounds.
