MACKSVILLE — Macksville quarterback Kody Mead threw three touchdown passes and rushed for two scores to lead the Mustangs past Skyline 58-12 in Eight-Man 1, District 7.
Mead threw for 204 yards and completed three touchdown passes to Jacob Rein, including a 65-yard score. Kreed Parr scored on a 56-yard run. Karson Waters scored on a 42-yard touchdown reception.
Waters intercepted two passes and Nate Brandyberry intercepted a pass. Rein had nine tackles. Macksville (5-2, 2-1) plays Attica-Argonia (6-1, 3-0) for a playoff berth Friday.
