STAFFORD — Double winner Blake Bahr swept the 100 meters (11.72) and 200 meters (25.14) and helped the Cougars’ 400-meter relay (45.76) to first place at Friday’s Stafford Track Invitational.
The Cougars (134) placed first and St. John (115) finished second.
Other winners for the Cougars were Maitland Wiltse, long jump (19-61/2); and Anton Foust, discus (132-4).
St. John earned six first-place finishes — Quincy Smith, 400 (53.0); Trey Fisher, 800 (2:11.06); A.J. Miller, SJ, 1,600 (5:01.22); Chase Fisher, high jump (5-10); and the 1,600-meter relay (3:40.28) and 3,200-meter relay (8:49.93).
Stafford’s Cayden Brozek won the 3,200 meters (11:09.86).
The St. John girls (92) placed third behind Kinsley (105) and Cunningham (95). St. John’s Paige Doran won the pole vault (9-0). Stafford’s Emily Green won the 100 (13.95). The Otis-Bison girls won the 3,200-meter relay (11:57.87).
