Great Bend High School’s boys’ swim team finished second in its home waters at Kirkman Activity Center on Tuesday afternoon.
The Panthers captured 308 points, trailing only Hays, which finished with 361.
Ky Heeke claimed a first-place finish in the 500-meter freestyle. He touched in at 6:00.56.
The Panthers’ “A” 200 medley relay team, which consisted of Nick Moyers, Cory Merten, Tristan Yount and Heeke, finished third at 2:00.39.
Great Bend travels to Hutchinson on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m.
