The Great Bend softball team (8-12) is seeded 10th in the 5A western softball records. However, Great Bend will likely play Salina South (9-11) and move ahead of Liberal (8-10) when the Redskins lose two against Dodge City Thursday. No. 1 seed Maize (16-1) would play the Great bend-Salina South winner.
