Relays key Panther swimmers

HUTCHINSON – Great Bend’s Andrew McQuade, Matthew Williams, Kale Mermis and Adam Hall earned a ninth-place in 200-yard medley relay finish (2:19.47) at a competitive Buhler Swimming Invitational Tuesday.

The Panthers earned a trio of 10th-place finishes with McQuade, 200 freestyle (2:31.68); and the 200 free relay (2:03.43) with Hall, Mermis, A.J. Thurman and Josh Sharpe; and the 400 free relay (4:43.22) with Williams, Jordan Sander, Sharpe and McQuade.
