Scrappy Panther doubles places runner-up

BUHLER — Great Bend’s scrappy No. 2 doubles team Luis Zamarripa-Josh Hoisington finished runner-up with a 2-1 record at the Buhler Tennis Invitational. 

No. 1 doubles Matthew Phillips-Malachi Williams finished with a 1-2 record. No. 1 singles Hayden Homonichl finished 0-3.

Class 4A No. 1-ranked Buhler finished first. No. 2 singles Drake Dick, No. 1 doubles Camrin Engelken-Carter Engelken and No. 2 doubles Neil Case-Cale McCabe finished with 3-0 records. Hutchinson Trinity’s No. 1 singles Tristan Harcrow finished 3-0.
