LARNED – All-tournament Quade Smith scored 16 points with a trio of 3-pointers to spark St. John past Larned 47-40 for third place in the Gene Keady Basketball Classic.

Aden Adame added 13 points for St. John (3-1).

Larned (1-3) was paced by Carson Shaver with 15 points and all-tournament Cade Colglazier with 10 points.

LARNED – Hoisington’s all-tournament Tony Moore hustked for 15 points and Jason Robinson chipped in 10 points as the Cardinals downed Bucklin 54-46 for fifth place at the Gene Keady Basketball Classic.

Bucklin’s Kaden Tilley scored 17 points.
