QUINTER – Pawnee Heights All-League 6-foot-3 Olivia Hands passed the 1,000-point scoring barrier with a 23-point game in a 43-24 victory over Dighton in Tuesday’s Quinter Castle Rock Tournament. Abby Hands chipped in 10 points for the Tigers (1-1), who play Quinter in Friday’s semifinal.

QUINTER – Atwood Rawlins County outscored Pawnee Heights 25-6 in the fourth quarter to rally for a 48-37 victory in Tuesday’s Quinter Castle Rock Tournament. Davin Hamby scored 16 points and Leighton Munk added 11 points. The Tigers (0-2) play Wichita Central Christian in Friday’s consolation game.

Rawlins County’s Brayan Rodriguez scored 21 points and Beckett Dickson scored 15 points.
