HOISINGTON — Larned High’s Braydon Lemuz (145) and Ava Mull (160) captured first place in the Hoisington Corner Classic Wrestling Tournament.

Lemuz won three matches and Mull beat Hoisington’s Bailey Sanders in two matches.

Larned’s second-place finishers were Gatlin Hoch (120), Samajay Alboyd (138) and Joshua Kramer (195). Eureka’s Kolby Beltz pinned Hoch in 2:42. Eureka’s Brennan Lowe pinned Alboyd in 2:00. Hoisington’s state champion Wyatt Pedigo pinned Kramer in 3:07.

Stafford’s Maddison McCloskey (132) placed first with two wins. Stafford’s Laithen Shocklee (220) was runner-up with a 4-2 overtime loss to Cimarron’s Tanner Dewey.
