Preregistration for the "Art and Science of Competition BBQ" class is required from the business’s website, www.4legupbbq.com. Kelly Wertz, the creator and pitmaster of 4 Legs Up BBQ, will share barbecue tips from the selection of the meat to trimming and cooking.
