HOISINGTON — Clara Barton Medical Center announced the appointment of Amanda (Mandy) Hoffman as interim CEO, marking a new phase of leadership. With a strong background within the organization, Hoffman’s promotion brings stability and confidence to Clara Barton Medical Center. Her extensive experience and unwavering commitment make her well-prepared to lead the organization into a promising new chapter.
With a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Chemistry from the University of Saint Mary and a PharmD from the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy, Hoffman brings a solid foundation of knowledge and expertise to her role as interim CEO. Her extensive experience working in both hospital and retail pharmacy settings, coupled with her years of service at Clara Barton Medical Center, have provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the health-care landscape and the unique needs of the organization.
Starting at Clara Barton as a staff Pharmacist in 2012, Hoffman quickly rose through the ranks as she was promoted to Director of Pharmacy in 2018 and later promoted to VP/Chief Operating Officer in 2020.
