Dennis Neeland has joined Coldwell Banker Sell Real Estate as a full-time independent sales associate.  

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Sell Real Estate, Neeland met the Kansas real estate licensing requirements.    “We’re happy to have Dennis on our team,” said Glenna Achatz, Broker at Coldwell Banker Sell Real Estate. “He has an excellent background in farming and agriculture and is extremely knowledgeable about the Central Kansas area.”

A fourth-generation Barton County resident, Neeland recently retired from the Great Bend Coop after 43 years. “During those years I have worked with patrons on providing goods and service for their operations. I have seen the up and downside of the agricultural industry and have a good understanding of farm value. My wife Rosalind and I have two grown children with three grandchildren. My goal in my new adventure as a realtor is to provide quality customer service to both buyer and seller of agricultural, commercial and residential property.”
