Eakin Enterprises, Inc. has selected Aaron Tiday as employee of the third quarter for 2016. Aaron was selected from factors based on job performance and safety.
Aaron is the operations manager for Eakin Enterprises, Inc. He oversees the concrete plant operations in Larned, Great Bend, and Hays in addition to the sand and gravel pits. He coordinates maintenance and repairs on trucks and equipment at all locations and helps with scheduling of jobs and deliveries. Aaron works with customers to help figure quantities and gets details then makes and plan and puts it into motion and follows through to completion.
“Eakin recognizes and rewards employees for treating customers well and going above and beyond the regular call of duty all while completing their work safely and efficiently with no accidents or violations of any kind,” the company stated in a news release.
