Farmers Bank & Trust announces the promotion of Bobbi LaViolette to Vice President, Operations Officer and Cashier. Bobbi has been a loyal employee of Farmers Bank & Trust for nine years, all of which she has been an essential part of the bank’s operations team.
Bobbi attended Fort Hays State University, receiving a Bachelors degree in Business Management. She has since played an integral role in managing and growing the deposits side of Farmers Bank and Trust. Bobbi will continue to oversee all aspects of Farmers Bank & Trust’s consumer and retail operations throughout its nine locations. Robert Rugan, Central Kansas Market President, commented, “Bobbi has been instrumental in the implementation of numerous products and services across our consumer and retail operations platform over the past several years. Her initiative and drive are certainly complimentary to the continued success of Farmers Bank & Trust.”  Bobbi and her husband, Austin, reside in Great Bend with their two children, MacKenzie and Parker.
