The Golden Belt Community Foundation is offering nonprofits the opportunity to attend a free presentation on Leading Through Change and Succession Planning which will be presented on Jan. 6. The GBCF is sponsoring this free presentation for area organizations and nonprofits located in the counties of Barton, Pawnee, Rush, and Stafford. Presenters include Sandra Wiley, Boomer Consulting, Eric Kientz, and Varney & Associates.

These sessions will be virtual and provide information on how to plan for organizational change as well as how to implement succession planning that will help protect the future of the organization. An actionable plan will be provided to take back to staff/board to help start succession planning.

To register go to www.goldenbeltcf.org, and click on the Succession Planning tab on the home page. Once you have registered for the sessions you will receive a confirmation email containing information about the meetings. Attendees may choose to attend one session or both.
