Roxanne Ibarra, operations coordinator at The Plains State Bank in Great Bend, recently completed the 2016 Operations School, held May 10-12 at Topeka. The Operations School is sponsored by the Kansas and Nebraska Bankers Associations and is in partnership with the Colorado, Louisiana, South Dakota, Texas, West Virginia and Wyoming Bankers Associations.
Through three days of classroom interaction and case-study applications, students enhanced their knowledge and understanding of the relevant components of bank operations. Completion of this course assists students in developing skills which allow them to better serve their banking community.
