In honor of her career achievements, Jil Johnson of Great Bend has earned the use of the exclusive Mary Kay pink Cadillac. Johnson took delivery of a 2013 Cadillac SRX at Dove Cadillac dealership in Great Bend.
Independent Sales Directors earn the use of Mary Kay career cars through outstanding sales achievements by themselves and their units. Each pink Cadillac is rewarded when the director and her beauty consultants sell at least $200,000 in Mary Kay products in six months. Since there are no territories limiting selling or team building efforts, Jolmson’s Unit of independent beauty consultants spans across the United States. This is Johnson’s 14th company car and her eighth pink Cadillac. Jil would like to thank not only her Sales Unit but her local clients for their loyalty to her business.
Johnson began her Mary Kay career in 1982 and became an Independent Sales Director in 1988. She is married to Steve and is Mom to Lyndsee and Mitch.
