After 33 years as an American Family agent Rhonda and Jay Knudson announce their retirement. They said they have thoroughly enjoyed working with their clients and their families all these many years.

On June 30, the Knudsons will turn over the care of the agency to established American Family agent and hometown boy Christopher Boys.

“After much thought and consideration, Jay and I are turning over the agency to Chris Boys, because we know that for decades to come he will continue to provide professional, yet personal service to our clients,” Rhonda Knudson said. “After decades of our providing such personalized service, it was prudent to entrust our clients’ protection to another generation of American Family insurance professional.”  

“It has been an extreme pleasure working in Great Bend with our clients and their families,” Jay Knudson added. “I could not be any more confident in Chris and his team and their ability to serve our clients. When it comes to client service and communication, I see the growth Chris will inevitably experience by bringing his operational knowledge and expertise to the agency. We want to wish Chris and his team the best during the transition and for the future.”
