Local independent business woman earns coveted Mary Kay pink Cadillac in recognition of outstanding

Mary Kay Independent Sales Director Jil Johnson of Great Bend has earned the use of the exclusive Mary Kay pink Cadillac, an iconic symbol of success, the most coveted incentive awarded by Mary Kay.
Johnson took delivery of the new pearalized pink Cadillac XT5 crossover, her 16th Mary Kay career car, at Dove Cadillac in Great Bend. Mary Kay independent sales force members earn the use of a pink Cadillac by meeting and exceeding goals set within their Mary Kay businesses.
Johnson began her Mary Kay business as an Independent Beauty Consultant in 1982 and as a direct result of her accomplishments, became an Independent Sales Director in 1988. As an Independent Sr. Sales Director, she chooses to provide education, leadership and motivation to other Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants and offers her customers high-quality Mary Kay® products. At Mary Kay’s annual Seminar in Dallas Texas, Johnson’s Unit of Beauty Consultants were recognized in the top 100 Units in their division with more than $500,000 in combined sales. Local Ind. Consultant Connie Parsons also attended Seminar being recognized in the Princess Court of Sales on the National level.

Since the Career Car Program’s inception in 1969, more than 144,000 independent sales force members have qualified or re-qualified to earn the use of a Mary Kay career car. Currently, 6,032 Mary Kay career cars are on the road nationwide with approximately 1,318 of those being the coveted Mary Kay pink Cadillac.
