(ILS) today announced three new board changes that were approved during their recent Board of Directors meeting held on April 13, in Great Bend.The transition of Jon Skelton from a Non-Voting Board Member to a Voting Board Member was approved.Chris Burris was approved to fill one of the two Advisory Director Positions replacing J.D.
