Innovative Livestock Services, Inc. (ILS) today announced three new board changes that were approved during their recent Board of Directors meeting held on April 13, in Great Bend.
The transition of Jon Skelton from a Non-Voting Board Member to a Voting Board Member was approved.
Chris Burris was approved to fill one of the two Advisory Director Positions replacing J.D. Friess who has stepped down after three years of service.
Lee Borck, ILS Chairman, expressed his deepest appreciation to Mr. Friess, on behalf of ILS. According to Mr. Borck, “J.D. was the right man at the right time in our company’s history sharing his valuable expertise in cattle feeding and farming for our benefit.”
