Linda Ludes, Broker for Result$ Realty LLC, has just opened an office located at 23rd and Washington in Great Bend. The company will help buyers or sellers with home, land, farm and commercial business, and rental properties. 

Having been licensed since 1974, she said it is her goal to “make sure that buying a home is a positive and upbeat adventure, while striving to make the whole experience as effortless as possible.” 

Through the years strong relationships with banks and lending offices have been developed, she said. While working with buyers nationwide, Ludes  said she has developed a specialty of making new residents feel welcomed in a way that has become customary to this region. 

Ludes has spent years networking and volunteering, which makes her a known force within the community. She is certified in home staging and also has a degree in interior design. 

Over the years she has participated in several civic organizations and is very involved with her community. She also belongs to the Great Plains Board of Realtors, the Kansas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
