Rosie Meier, a grain accountant at the Great Bend Co-op, is retiring on May 12, after 47 years of service. She started at the Co-op at the age of 18 and has served the patrons of the organization for almost five decades.
An avid walker, she walks every morning putting in five-plus miles. She is also very active in the “Friends of the Fair” and 4-H.
She plans to stay very active after retirement with her walking, gardening, volunteer work and family.
