Amanda Moran has joined the Great Bend Public Library staff as the new assistant children’s librarian.

Moran graduated from Otis-Bison High School and then went on to attend Barton Community College, where she majored in early childhood education. She said she is pleased to take on this position and looks forward to a great future with the library.

She currently serves as a library board member for the Bison Community Library.
