Eldridge Fencing announced Thursday the retirement of Ron Oetken. Oetken retired in November of 2020, but because of COVID-19, they were unable to give him an appropriate farewell. 

Oetken started with Eldridge Fencing in 1998. He was an intricate part of the company’s success with both the fencing and the barbecue grill business.

He started as an installer and was quickly promoted to estimator only to be promoted to general manager a few years later. “Anyone who has ever been to Eldridge Fencing for fence or barbecue supplies more than likely you know Ron,” said business owner Wally Eldridge.
