Sue Gervais has been selected the October Employee of the Month for Pathways. Sue has been assisting Pathways clients for over six years, and is currently working in the capacity of House Manager. She is a very outspoken advocate for the clients she serves. Sue assists the clients in becoming involved in the community, through activities of their choice. She has the respect of her clients, their parents and guardians, as well as the staff that work for her. She takes pride in maintaining a good home for the clients, all while ensuring the clients are happy, healthy, and well adjusted. 

Michaela Usoro has been selected the October Employee of the Month for ResCare Home Care. Michaela has been dedicated to the clients of ResCare HomeCare for just a short time, but in that short time she has proven herself to be a caring, dependable, hard worker. She has accepted assignments at the last minute with no hesitation, greatly easing the mind of the clients she has served. Her client describes her as an excellent caregiver, helping her to feel comfortable with anything she needs. She makes working with her clients fun for the them, thus fun for her as well.
