Greg M. Quarles has been named President and CEO of American State Bank & Trust in Great Bend. Since 2005, Quarles has served as President and Chief Risk Officer of H&R Block Bank and Financial Services. Originally from Pampa, Texas he began his career in 1982 as a loan officer with Lubbock National Bank.
