Rusty Hammond has recently been promoted to a managerial position at CPI Qualified Plan Consultants, Inc. Hammond started his career with CPI in August, 1995 as a Programmer in the Information Technology (IT) Department. In October, 2001, he was promoted to Senior Programmer and in April, 2011 to Manager of IT.
