Rhonda Knudson, an American Family Insurance agent and her agency team in Great Bend, have been recognized for providing an outstanding customer experience under the American Star Excellence in Customer Experience Certification Program.

The service excellence distinction was determined through an evaluation process conducted under guidelines established through the American Star Excellence in Customer Experience Certification Program. The process consists of a customer satisfaction survey which measures customers’ overall experience with their current American Family agent and their team.
Knudson has been an agent for American Family for 31 years, since April 1986. Her office is located at 2201 16th St. This is the 12th consecutive year since the inception of the program that Knudson and her agency team have achieved this top honor.
