River Bend Assisted Living has been selected as the 2013 National Research Corporation Excellence in Action award winner. This award recognizes long term care and senior living organizations that achieve high levels of excellence. The ranking is determined by having overall customer or workforce satisfaction levels that fall within the top 10% of qualifying organizations, in terms of percentage of respondents rating the provider as “excellent.” This is especially significant because the satisfaction database through My InnerView by National Research Corporation is the largest in the U.S”, with over 6,000 facilities across the nation participating, and only four assisted living facilities in Kansas receiving the award. Notably two of which are Americare owned facilities, River Bend Assisted Living in Great Bend  and Carrington Place in Pittsburg.
