The new Office Products Inc. sales representative is keeping the road hot throughout his territory in central Kansas. Ron Peters is covering the north and east portions of Barton County, all of Rice and Stafford counties, and southern Ellsworth County.
“I travel to each of these communities on a regular, weekly schedule,” Peters said. “However, customers may call me any time.”
Peters is a full-line sales rep who helps customers with office supplies, furniture and machines, as well as signage and printing jobs such as letterhead, brochures and invoices.
“That’s one of the great things about OPI,” Peters said. “We can handle it all for any size business. Another great thing is its long tradition of customer service.
“This family business has earned its reputation for going above and beyond to meet its customers’ needs,” Peters added. “Nobody does it better.”
In addition, Peters noted, OPI provides local service and technical support. “We establish personal relationships with our customers, and you can always talk with a person, not a machine.
“This personal touch includes providing many options to our customers,” Peters added. “They can collaborate with me in person, talk on the phone, email or use OPI’s online ordering. Whatever is best for them.”
Peters grew up in Great Bend and is a 1975 Great Bend High School graduate. He then earned a degree in communications and public relations at Fort Hays State University.
His professional background includes owning his own business, and positions with the Kansas Department of Commerce and the Overland Park and Great Bend Convention & Visitors Bureaus.
“All of this experience allows me to understand the business world,” Peters said. “I can help customers find products and services that allow their businesses to operate more smoothly.”
