Rosewood Bargain Barn will open at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 4, at 10 a.m. at 1215 Main Street. Rosewood Bargain Barn will offer great deals on an ever-changing variety of products, ranging from high quality used home improvement and furnishing items, to new and overstocked merchandise from businesses, said Tammy Hammond, executive director and founder of Rosewood Services.
“After much planning and preparation, we are excited to finally open the doors to Bargain Barn,” said Hammond. “It represents Rosewood’s latest venture to create a means to support the increasing unfunded needs of people with disabilities, whom we serve, while at the same time investing in the appearance and infrastructure of our community, creating increased employment opportunities, and offering a new service to many businesses.”
Along with its storefront in downtown Great Bend, Bargain Barn will feature a robust online shopping experience at RWBargainBarn.com, allowing people to browse and purchase items from its showroom 24 hours a day. Current merchandise includes items such as appliances, furniture, carpet and rugs, exercise equipment, doors, windows, and a variety of home decor pieces.
“We encourage people to check us out starting Thursday morning,” said Hammond. “We think they will be pleasantly surprised in the great deals we have to offer. And for those businesses and individuals wanting to unclutter a space, clean up a warehouse, or move overstocked inventory, let us help you turn those items into a tax deduction while giving to a worthy cause.”
Bargain Barn store hours will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Anyone with items to donate to Bargain Barn can contact the store at 620-796-2223, or e-mail info@RWBargainBarn.com.
