Lindsay Schartz has been promoted to Vice President/Deposit Compliance Officer. Lindsay has been employed by Farmers Bank & Trust for 14 years in the capacities of Teller, New Accounts Representative, Supervisor, Branch Manager, Electronic Banking Officer and Assistant Operations/Cashier. Lindsay’s new duties will include responsibilities for Bank Secrecy Act, security and deposit compliance. “Lindsay’s background is a great fit for compliance and internal audit. Our board relies heavily on this important function of the Bank,” according to President Gene Dikeman.
Lindsay resides in Great Bend with her husband Darin and two sons Jace and Cal.
