Spring health event at Spine Clinic

A Spring Health Event will be held this Tuesday through Friday, March 28-31, at the Spine Clinic, 925 Patton Road. There will be programs each evening from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Presenters will include Bell Razafindrabe, M.D, H. Ratsimbason, M.D, and Scott Rogers, L.M.L., L.C.P. Subjects to be discussed include “Better Heart and Vessels,” “Building a Fit and Healthy Body,” “Avoiding Cancer,” “Taking Care of your Spine” and “The Power of Prevention.” Discussions will elaborate on the effect of lifestyle, stress, anxiety and diet on health.
Participants will have an opportunity to learn, understand and promote a healthy lifestyle, fitness, good pain control, strong spine, and good sleep. The presenters will explore the natural solution for lack of energy and tiredness and how to live with chronic pain.
The public is invited to come and understand more about the spine and musculoskeletal pain, heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, colon cancer, diverticulosis, peptic ulcers, mental health, oral heath, children obesity, metabolic syndrome, emotional pain tiredness and fatigue, fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
