Sunflower Diversified Services’ vehicles sport new designs that depict the non-profit agency’s many services.

The new “eye-catching” designs on General Public Transportation (GPT) vehicles are attracting a lot of attention throughout central Kansas, said Christina Jimenez, Sunflower Diversified Services transportation manager.

Sunflower operates the GPT service throughout its five-county service area. The non-profit agency serves children and adults with disabilities and delays.

“We have received a lot of great feedback on the vehicle wraps,” Jimenez said. “Clients, staff and the public are talking about how great our buses and vans look.

“We hope the new wraps draw even more attention to our vital transportation services,” she added. “Clients rely on our buses and vans but GPT is available to everyone in our local and area communities. If you need a ride to run errands or keep an appointment, we are here for you.”

Mark’s Custom Signs, Great Bend, wrapped all the vehicles and “did a wonderful job,” Jimenez commented. “The wrap design on each vehicle illustrates a little bit of everything we do here at Sunflower.”

In addition to transportation, the wraps depict services such as recycling, confidential paper shredding, residential support and many more programs, Jimenez noted.

Sunflower serves infants, toddlers and adults in Barton, Pawnee, Rice, Rush and Stafford counties. It is in its 55th year.
