On April 11, Merlene Baird welcomed all the members of the Alpha Kappa Master chapter to the Auto Museum.  

President Connie Carlton read a thank you note from the Crises Center for donating hygiene and children’s garments. International correspondence included the members’ current statics in the organization. 

Laureate Beta Nu announced Founder’s Day at 6 p.m. on April 26, at the Auto Club quarters with attire to be casual. Reservations are to be in by April 21. Awards for Woman of the Year and President’s summaries will be on the agenda. Hostesses and committee sign-up sheets were distributed for the 22-23 year. 

Merlene Baird presented the program “90 Years to Shine,” an update on services and membership availability. Refreshments were served during the social hour.  

The next meeting will be at 2 p.m. on May 9, at the home of Connie Carlton and includes Installation of Officers, Ritual, and Mother’s Day Program.
