Bill and Lila Berschauer of Albert will celebrate their 60th anniversary with an Open House and reception from 2-4 p.m. on Aug. 11, at First Assembly of God, 601 Patton Road in Great Bend. Hosts for the event will be their children and grandchildren, Crystal Bieberle and husband Jim of Great Bend, and their children, Chelsea Laramore and husband Mark and their two children Cora and Briggs Laramore of Great Bend, and Trista Fritz and husband Charley and their three children, Caden, Ryder, and Kye, of Valley Center, and Chase Bieberle of Wichita; Denise Guthrie and husband Mark of Great Bend, and their children, Jeremy Guthrie and wife Diane and their two children Jaci and Addison of Great Bend, Dustin Guthrie and wife Kaci Guthrie and their two children, Emile and Ogden of Cascade, Colo., and Blake Guthrie and wife Lauren and their three children, Gunner, Behr and Lyric of Andover; Daren Berschauer of Austin, Texas; Eric Berschauer and wife Jena and their two children, Chance and Cason of Valley Center; and Shawn Berschauer of Bel Aire.
Lila Hysell and Bill Berschauer were united in marriage on Aug. 10, 1958, in WaKeeney. Both are retired.
