Irv and Jeanne Gotsche will celebrate their 60th anniversary on Nov. 27, with a card shower. A family dinner was held on Nov. 22, at Colbert Hills in Manhattan.
Jeanne Horsley and Irv Gotsche were united in marriage on Nov. 27, 1954, in Salina. Irv is a retired District Superintendent for National Cooperative Refinery Association. Jeanne is a retired educator for USD 428 and Barton Community College and Kitchen Cupboard. The couple have four children, Pam Gabel of Dodge City, Kurt Gotsche of Wichita, Steve and Linda Gotsche of Manhattan and Eric and Carol Gotsche of Great Bend; and five grandchildren, Adam and Kelsey Gotsche of Kansas City, Ryan Gotsche of Kansas City, Alison Gabel of St. Louis, Mo. Meghan Gabel of Kansas City and Brad Gabel of Dallas, Texas.
