Eugene and Carol Hallett will celebrate their 55th anniversary with a reception from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sept. 24 at the St. Mark Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall. Hosts for the event will be their daughters and granddaughters.
Carol Ochs and Eugene Hallett were united in marriage on Sept. 22, 1956 in LaCrosse. They have four children, Gene Hallett of Kansas City, Connie and Wayne Rathbun and Renea and Craig Moore, of Great Bend, and Michelle and Ronnie Schwager of Hoisington; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
