Amil and Berniece Hanson will celebrated their 60th anniversary on Oct. 1. The couple was united in marriage on Oct. 1, 1950. Amil was a farmer all of his life and Berneice was a farm wife. They have two children, Lynn and Tama Hanson and Rod and Mary Jane Lauer; and three grandchildren.
