Lonnie Kuhn and Stephen Keller were united in marriage on May 3, 1948 at St. Mary’s Church in Ellis in a ceremony officiated by Father Virgil Kuhn. Stephen is retired from the Barton County Highway Department. Lonnie is a retired teacher. They have four daughters, Yvonne and Darel Hoffman of Crowley, Texas, Debbie and Dean Allen of Tonganoxie, Stephanie and Kirk Thompson of Topeka and the late Rebecca Ann Keller; five grandchildren, Kristen and Ricky Price of Crowley, Texas, Mandy and Dr. Paul Schroeppel of Eden Prairie, Minn., Danielle and Joseph Elliot of Burleson, Texas, Nicole and Pat Hinrichsen and Kristina Allen, both of Tonganoxie; and five grandchildren, Brendan Price and Kaitlyn Price, both of Crowley, Texas and Addison Schroeppel, Payton Schroeppel and Pierce Schroeppel, all of Eden Prairie, Minn.
