Don and Carol Peterson will celebrate their 60th anniversary with a Come and Go Reception from 2 to 4 p.m. on June 15, at their home in Macksville. Hosts for the event will be their children, Tom and Tanna Faulkner, Beth Irvin and Lynn and Jan Peterson.
Carol Tannahill and Don Peterson were united in marriage on June 20, 1954 in Yates Center. They are the retired owners of Farmers and Merchants State Bank in Macksville. The couple has nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
